He shows as a potential 2nd cousin match to my wife&#8217;s aunt Virginia. John and Gaby have also. If Sandra, Jack, Dott and Donna uploaded their DNA to Gedmatch also, we would be able to see exactly where the Kerivan and Rooney DNA is coming from. We would be able to see on which chromosome they match.<\/p>\n<h2>Summary and Conclusions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>My wife&#8217;s family has great matches with Jack, Dott, Donna, and Sandra on the Kerivan\/Rooney side.<\/li>\n<li>These matches are on the order of 2nd cousin. Second cousin is an important relationship as it defines a grandparent side.<\/li>\n<li>If Sandra, Dott, Donna and Jack were to upload their DNA results to gedmatch.com, we would be able to see exactly where the Kerivan and Rooney DNA is coming from.
