Cecil&#8217;s parents were Isaac and Rebecca. Cecil&#8217;s grandmother was Lizzie Hann from Harbour Buffett. Both Isaac and Rebecca were living in Harbour Buffet at the time of their marriage. Samuel is listed as 84 years old in 1944. The number next to the cause of death is for something else. He shows as being born in Burin.
